Our Purpose: Mission, Study, Service and Fellowship

Come share in our mission by joining a United Methodist Women’s circle! We meet regularly for fellowship, study, and service to both our congregation and the surrounding community. Service is a very important part of our life and you will be able to find us doing things like serving bereavement dinners, cleaning the nursery, sending cards to people in the hospital, presenting cradle crosses to newborns, delivering devotional materials to those in nursing homes, and doing other collections and fundraisers that benefit the larger community of Dunbar.

We are committed to raising funds and using our resources wisely to serve our community and to also support the work of United Methodist Women’s Global Ministries which works to provide clean drinking water and nourishing food, medical care, the building of new churches, and advocacy efforts for women and children around the world, to name just a few. Please join us on the journey to grow more deeply in faith together through mission, study, service and fellowship!
