Justice and Advocacy Dinner Meeting

The WV Conference "Justice and Advocacy" Committee works on various social justice issues such as food insecurity, public school funding, responsible gun laws, etc.  A goal of the Committee is to have a J&A group in each of the local churches.  Elizabeth Memorial UMC in Charleston has just started such a group that is currently focusing on responding to the water crisis caused by flooding in Southern WV.  For those interested in forming a J&A group at DUMC, we are planning a pot-luck dinner meting with Elizabeth Memorial UMC on November 4 at 6 pm at DUMC.  Anyone interested in joining is invited to attend the dinner meeting.
